For when you're not ready for buyer's agency yet.

Not everyone who reaches out is ready to engage a buyer's agent — and we won't pretend otherwise. A paid strategy consult is a one-off session designed for two kinds of people: first-time investors who want a plan before they spend, and existing investors who want an objective second opinion on the portfolio they've built.

  • A clear view of your next three moves — whether or not you work with us afterwards

  • Our fee is structured as a flat engagement fee plus a performance-linked component, disclosed in writing before we start. We don't take commissions from developers or agents — our only income is your fee.
  • Our core focus is investors building long-term portfolios. We do help owner-occupiers on a selective basis when the brief is a good match for our process.
  • Australia-wide. Our research isn't bound to one city — we go wherever the numbers, demand drivers, and timing stack up for your strategy. Recent purchases have spanned Brisbane, regional Queensland, Adelaide, Perth, and Sydney's outer ring.
  • Most engagements run 8–14 weeks from signed brief to settlement. We'd rather take an extra fortnight to find the right property than push you into one that doesn't fit the brief.
  • Ideally yes — pre-approval gives us a clear budget to work against. If you're not there yet, that's often why we start with a strategy consult. We can point you to trusted brokers, or you can use your own.
  • It's rare, but it happens. If after our initial research the market isn't giving us a property that meets the brief, we'll pause the engagement rather than push a sub-par option. Your retainer is not forfeited — it's rolled forward.
