  • Yes. No payment, no obligation, no high-pressure "book the premium engagement now" at the end. It's a conversation — that's all.
  • Nothing formal. Just a rough sense of where you're at — your goals, your timeline, whether finance is in place, and what's worrying you. If you don't know any of that yet, even better — that's exactly what the call is for.
  • If there's a next step, we'll outline it on the call and follow up with a short email summary. If property isn't right for you right now, we'll say so — and we won't follow up with marketing.
  • Only if you opt in. We don't add people to lists off the back of an enquiry — that's not how we want to work, and it's not how we'd want to be treated.
