Smash Property started in 2019 with three founders and one shared frustration: the property industry was full of people selling, and almost no one helping.
Developers ran seminars to push new builds. "Advisors" collected commissions from selling agents. The people who'd built real wealth through property did it quietly — and they weren't the ones running the ads.
We decided to build the kind of firm we wished existed when we bought our first properties. Independent. Experienced. End-to-end. Built around the client, not the commission.
